PLANNING VISITS OVERNIGHT STAY
As our valued meeting/event planner, we will work with you on planning your event from start to finish. We know it may take more than one visit to arrange production, logistics, etc. for the event you envision. Let us provide assistance in making lodging arrangements as you plan the perfect event.
PROMOTIONS
As our valued client, we’re here to promote you. We can provide photos, social media, and arrange digital and print media coverage to suit your needs. As our guests, we’ll share information regarding your conference with our tourism community leaders and our hospitality partners. We’re all here to help make your event a success.
PARKING
A glass enclosed skywalk connects one of our premier venues, Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center, to our downtown parking garage. There is ample street parking downtown, private parking at the majority of our fine facilities, as well as complimentary parking at all Lima hotels.
CATERING
We can provide assistance with catering options that can meet all your dining needs at the venue of your choice. We can also provide information on many off-site dining options for both large and small groups. Whatever your needs, we are we will work to ensure your guests have an experience that will leave them more than satisfied.
LODGING COMMUNITY
The Greater Lima Region offers full and select service hotel properties. All of our conference hotels offer complimentary breakfast to our conference attendees. Hotels have state-of-the-art meeting space to provide additional options for your meeting or event. We will work with you and our lodging partners to best suit your individual event needs.
TRANSPORTATION
We can assist in coordinating your transportation needs with shuttle services, public transportation and even a restored historic trolley. We will work with local transportation companies to help you make arrangements to suit your event attendees’ needs.
OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES
Our team will assist in facilitating your off-site activities to make sure that you are connected to the right person who will take care of your attendees. We want your entire stay to be a seamless experience. Check out our unique team building and trust building options as well as various off-site locations with multi-purpose uses.

While you’re visiting our area both during planning and during the actual event, we can offer suggestions for various forms of entertainment during the day and into the evening. We have multiple attractions with hands-on workshops and tours for team building and fun. We can provide you with the information you need to keep your attendees enjoying their experience before, during and after your event.
