Ticket Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Visit Greater Lima, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and their respective affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
   

2. Sponsor:

• This giveaway is sponsored by Visit Greater Lima (the "Sponsor").
   

3. Entry Period:

• The giveaway will begin on Friday, April 11, 2025  at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and will end on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT (the "Entry Period").
   

4. How to Enter:

• To enter the giveaway, you must:

  • Fill out the giveaway entry form located on our website (visitgreaterlima.com)

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.

• Entries generated by scripts, robotic methods, or other automated processes are prohibited.
   

5. Winner Selection:

• On or about Tuesday, April 15,  2025 at 9:00 AM EST, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

• The winner will be notified via email.

• The winner will be required to respond to the notification within 2 days of receipt. If the winners fail to respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
   

6. Prize:

• The prize consists of one (1) pair of tickets for The Addams Family taking place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Crouse Performance Hall.

• The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other prize.
   

7. Winner Verification & Prize Pickup:

• Winner will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form. Ticket pickup instructions will be provided to the winner at that time. 
   

8. Additional Rules:

• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

• Visit Greater Lima reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or who tampers with the giveaway process.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
   

9. Disclaimer:

• Visit Greater Lima is not responsible for any technical malfunctions of Facebook, the internet, or any other communications disruptions that may prevent an entry from being received.

• Visit Greater Lima is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or unintelligible entries.
   

10. Governing Law:

• This giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
