The Lima/Allen County CVB is a primary solution for all your tradeshow planning needs. With a complete array of services and logistical support, our Conventions & Meetings staff provides superior knowledge and know–how to make your tradeshow or exhibition a flawless event.
Lima/Allen County has an array of venues to fit your needs with the premier exhibition venue being the Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center. The VMCCC’s Exhibit Hall can be divided into three sections -- the North, South and Center Halls -- so that more than one event may take place at one time. The Exhibit Hall has been the site for conferences and conventions, trade and product shows, banquets and private parties, and entertainment events such as exhibitions, circuses, boxing, wrestling, fashion shows and many others.
There is ample power for the most demanding events, open telephone lines, compressed air lines, cable television and complete audio/visual support available in-house or through recommended local vendors. Banquet tables and seating can accommodate up to 1,200. Local caterers provide food service.
